Summary
This study tested an investigational drug called LY3437943 against a placebo in 85 adults with obesity. The goal was to see how the drug affects calorie intake, energy metabolism, and appetite over up to 6 months. Participants followed a calorie-restricted diet and had up to 20 visits to measure changes in eating and energy use.
