NCT ID NCT07319975

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at two popular weight-loss drugs, semaglutide and tirzepatide, to see if adding exercise helps people with obesity lose more fat and keep muscle. About 48 adults aged 25-60 with a BMI between 30 and 40 will take one of the drugs and either exercise or not. The goal is to find out if combining medication with exercise improves body composition, muscle strength, and overall health better than drugs alone.
