Summary
This study reviews medical records of 500 adults with obesity or overweight to see if a combination of two affordable drugs, sibutramine and topiramate, helps with weight loss in real-world clinics. Participants must have taken the drugs for at least 3 months. The goal is to measure weight and BMI changes, along with safety and side effects.
