Summary

This study looked at whether two weight-loss medications, cagrilintide and semaglutide, can be given together in one injection instead of two separate shots. Forty adults with overweight or obesity took part. The main goal was to measure how much of each drug gets into the blood with each method. This was a Phase 1 study focused on drug levels, not on weight loss itself.
