Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that monitors when people with obesity are at risk of breaking their diet and sends helpful alerts or skill-building exercises. About 200 adults with obesity and heart disease risk factors will use the app alongside a standard online weight-loss program. The goal is to find the best way to prevent diet lapses and improve long-term weight control.
