Summary
This study aims to understand the connections between obesity, iron buildup in the brain, gut bacteria, blood sugar levels, and thinking skills like memory. Researchers will compare people with and without obesity, and follow some participants for a year after weight loss. They will use brain scans, blood tests, stool samples, and activity trackers to gather information.
