Summary

This study aims to understand how changes in body fat and muscle affect survival, cancer recurrence, and quality of life in people with obesity-related cancers. Researchers will follow 6,743 patients with cancers like breast, colorectal, and lung cancer, using advanced imaging to track body composition over time. The goal is to learn why some patients do better than others and uncover the biological mechanisms behind these differences.
