CAR t therapy aims to lock in remission for leukemia patients

NCT ID NCT07400029

Summary

This study tests whether a single infusion of CAR T cells (obe-cel) can prevent relapse in adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia whose cancer is in complete remission with no detectable cancer cells. About 40 participants who have already completed initial treatment will receive the therapy and be monitored for how long they stay cancer-free. The goal is to see if this approach can extend remission without the need for a stem cell transplant.
