Summary

This study aims to adapt a Health at Every Size (HAES) program for pregnant people with a BMI over 30. Weight stigma during pregnancy may increase the risk of depression and anxiety. Researchers will work with 10 first-time pregnant individuals to design and test a group program that promotes respectful care and reduces internalized weight bias.
