This study aims to understand the full health effects of eating oats compared to rice over 6 weeks. It involves 72 adults with conditions like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or being overweight. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, blood fats, sugar levels, and even mental focus to see which diet is better for overall health.
