Summary
This study tested whether a special type of oat called Saul is safe for adults with celiac disease who are already in remission. Forty participants ate 50 grams of gluten-free Saul oat flakes every day for two weeks. Researchers monitored their symptoms and blood markers to see if the oats caused any immune reaction or discomfort.
