Bladder battle: daily pill study tests which drug works better for women

Summary

This study is comparing two daily medications to see which works better for women with overactive bladder symptoms like frequent urination and sudden urges. 480 women will take either tadalafil or solifenacin for 12 weeks while tracking symptoms in a diary. Researchers will measure which drug reduces symptoms more and improves quality of life with fewer side effects.
