New combo pill tested for better bladder control
NCT ID NCT07312955
Summary
This study tested whether adding a low dose of tadalafil (a medication for erectile dysfunction) to the standard drug solifenacin improves symptoms of overactive bladder in women. Researchers compared the two-drug combination against solifenacin alone in 80 women over three months. The goal was to see if the combination provided better relief from urgency, frequency, and incontinence with acceptable side effects.
