Can a simple ultrasound score spot ovarian cancer early?

NCT ID NCT07289126

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study will check how well an ultrasound scoring system called O-RADS can tell if an ovarian mass is cancerous or not. About 80 women aged 18 to 70 with an ovarian cyst or mass will get standard care, including ultrasound and possibly surgery. The goal is to see if O-RADS matches the final tissue diagnosis, which could help doctors make faster, more accurate decisions.
