NYC launches 'Hope' workshops to fight health worker burnout

Summary
This study is testing a program designed to reduce stress and burnout for community health workers in New York City. About 168 workers will attend six online workshops over six months, learning skills like coping with fear and building social support. Researchers will measure changes in their burnout, stress levels, resilience, and overall wellbeing to see if the program helps.
