Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help people in specific NYC neighborhoods get their recommended cancer screenings. It will compare two approaches: one provides tailored education materials, and the other adds personalized help from a community health worker. The goal is to see which method gets more people screened for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer within six months.
