Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental pill called NVL-330 in about 200 adults with advanced lung cancer that has a specific change in the HER2 gene. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the cancer. Participants must have tried other treatments or have no good options left.
