First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tested whether giving a small, nutritious food packet (SQ-LNS) to children aged 6-23 months could encourage families to get them vaccinated against measles. Over 3,800 children in northern Nigeria took part. The goal was to see if this simple incentive increased the number of children receiving the measles vaccine compared to standard vaccination programs alone.
