First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special nutritional drink called Oral Impact can reduce severe side effects from immunotherapy in 20 people with advanced melanoma that cannot be surgically removed. Participants take the drink starting one week before their standard immunotherapy treatment. The goal is to see if this approach lowers the frequency and severity of immune-related side effects compared to similar patients from past studies who did not receive the drink.
