First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a daily nutritional supplement containing resveratrol, quercetin, taurine, inulin, and whey protein can improve liver function and quality of life in adults with liver disease from chronic hepatitis C. Over 12 weeks, 26 participants will take either the supplement or whey protein alone. Researchers will measure liver enzymes, frailty, and inflammation markers to see if the supplement offers extra benefits.
