Summary
This study looked back at medical records to see if a special high-protein nutritional drink (Resource® Diabet Plus) helped adults with type 2 diabetes who were malnourished or at risk of malnutrition. It involved 59 patients in Spain and checked if the drink improved their blood sugar control, cholesterol levels, body strength, and overall health over 12 and 24 weeks.
