Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week course of a nutritional supplement can reduce easy bruising on the skin, known as actinic purpura, in older adults. It will compare the supplement against standard vitamin C pills. Researchers will enroll 30 healthy participants aged 55 and older and track changes in their skin over 8 weeks.
