Summary
This study aims to measure how a nutritional supplement drink affects blood sugar levels in healthy adults. Thirty participants will drink both the supplement and a glucose solution on separate days so researchers can compare their effects. The goal is to understand how this medical nutrition product influences blood sugar response in people without health conditions.
