Summary

This study tests a drink containing caprylic acid and omega-3 fatty acids to see if it helps muscles recover strength and reduce fatigue after intense exercise. Researchers will compare the drink to a placebo in 28 healthy, active young men. The goal is to learn whether these nutrients can support muscle health.
