Could a simple feeding change save lives after a severe stroke?

Summary
This study is testing a new way to feed patients who have had a severe stroke. The goal is to see if starting with a small amount of tube feeding, while giving extra nutrition through an IV, can reduce dangerous lung infections (pneumonia) and help patients recover better. It will involve 546 patients in intensive care units.
