Summary

This study looks at whether delivering fresh produce, with or without nutrition education, can improve diet and food security in low-income families in Western New York. About 50 adults who are the main food shoppers in their households will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps people eat better and feel more secure about having enough healthy food.
