First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study aims to improve how we screen and support nutrition in college athletes. Researchers will measure things like height, weight, and grip strength, and ask athletes to fill out questionnaires. A sports dietitian will then give personalized nutrition advice. The goal is to prevent a condition called Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), which can harm health and performance.
