NCT ID NCT07139132
Summary
This study is testing whether a culturally tailored nutrition and wellness coaching program can help lower the risk of stroke in members of the Oneida Nation. About 85 participants, aged 7 to 85, will receive health coaching and education for one year. Researchers will track changes in blood pressure, weight, and other health markers to see if the program improves heart and brain health.
