This study aims to understand why people who work night shifts have a higher risk of becoming obese. Researchers will compare 1000 night shift workers and day workers across Europe, collecting health data, diet logs, and body measurements. The goal is to identify the biological and lifestyle factors linking shift work to weight gain and poor metabolic health.
