Hidden struggles: study probes link between diet and mental health for migrant caregivers
NCT ID NCT07496658
Summary
This study aims to understand the connection between nutrition and mental health among Indonesian live-in home care workers in Taiwan. Researchers will ask about 277 participants to complete surveys about their food knowledge, eating habits, and feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress. The goal is to learn how common these issues are and if better nutrition knowledge is linked to better mental well-being, which could help design future support programs.
