Could a simple Pre-Surgery diet ease recovery from knee replacement?

NCT ID NCT07336160

Summary

This study is testing if a specific eating and drinking plan before knee replacement surgery helps patients feel better afterward. Researchers want to see if this plan reduces thirst, nausea, and vomiting in the first two days after surgery. They will compare patients who follow the new plan to those who receive the hospital's standard pre-surgery instructions.
