Can diet and exercise help cancer patients weather tough treatment?
NCT ID NCT07160296
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured support program can help head and neck cancer patients better handle the side effects of chemoradiation. The program combines nutrition counseling, guided exercise, and wellness education. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical during treatment and if it helps patients maintain strength, body mass, and quality of life. The results will help plan a larger future trial.
