Summary
This study tests whether a structured nutrition education program can help people with type 2 diabetes who are not meeting their blood sugar goals. About 253 adults aged 16-70 will either receive a nutrition booklet alone or the booklet plus four monthly lessons. The goal is to see if the lessons improve HbA1c levels, eating habits, and reduce low blood sugar episodes.
