Summary
This study is testing whether drinking special nutritional supplements for a week before major liver surgery can help patients recover better. Researchers will compare 100 patients who receive these immune-boosting drinks to those who follow standard nutrition. The goal is to see if this approach reduces complications, shortens hospital stays, and improves overall recovery after surgery for liver tumors.
