Summary
This study tested a dietary supplement called Nutritears® in 131 adults with dry eye syndrome. Participants took one capsule daily for 8 weeks. Researchers measured tear production and eye comfort using standard tests and questionnaires to see if the supplement improved symptoms compared to a placebo.
