Food delivery labels put to the test: can a simple score curb unhealthy orders?
NCT ID NCT07423845
Summary
This online study aims to see if adding Nutri-Score labels (like a traffic light A-E rating) to items on a simulated food delivery app helps people select healthier meals. Researchers will recruit 870 adults who regularly use food delivery services to make hypothetical meal choices in a controlled online setting. The goal is to gather knowledge about whether this type of labeling can influence consumer behavior to potentially combat overeating and obesity.
