Nurse-Led podcasts aim to ease menopause symptoms

NCT ID NCT07165964

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a program of podcasts and videos from nurses can help women aged 42-58 feel better and take better care of themselves during the climacteric (the time around menopause). About 250 women from public health clinics in Barcelona will be randomly assigned to either receive the digital program or standard care. Researchers will measure changes in mental health, menopause symptoms, and self-care ability using questionnaires before and after the program.
