NCT ID NCT07165964

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of podcasts and videos from nurses can help women aged 42-58 feel better and take better care of themselves during the climacteric (the time around menopause). About 250 women from sexual health clinics in Barcelona will be randomly assigned to either receive the digital program or standard care. Researchers will measure changes in mental health, menopause symptoms, and self-care ability to see if the program makes a real difference.
