Nurses teach new ways to fight MS fatigue and pain

Summary

This study is testing whether a special education program delivered by nurses can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel better. About 96 participants will receive the education either in-person or by phone/computer. The goal is to see if learning new self-care strategies can reduce common MS problems like severe fatigue, pain, poor sleep, and urinary tract infections.
