Summary

This study tests a nursing care program based on Human Caring Theory for 48 teens aged 14-18 who self-harm. The program uses one-on-one talks to help improve self-esteem, self-compassion, and coping skills. Researchers will compare teens who get the program with those who don't to see if it makes a difference.
