Summary
This study tests a nursing care program based on Human Caring Theory for 48 teens aged 14-18 who self-harm. The program uses one-on-one talks to help improve self-esteem, coping skills, and self-compassion. Half the teens get the program, half get usual care, and researchers compare results.
