Summary

This study aims to create a new training and support program for nurses to help them better discuss and care for the sexual health needs of men with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers are working directly with patients, their partners, and healthcare staff to design this program through surveys, interviews, and workshops. The goal is to address a gap in care where men's sexual health concerns are often overlooked during medical appointments.
