Summary

This study tested a special training program for oncology nurses in Oman to improve their skills in palliative and end-of-life care. 189 nurses took part, with some receiving the training and others continuing their usual work. The goal was to see if the program could help nurses feel more confident and knowledgeable when caring for patients with serious illnesses.
