Summary
This study aims to see if structured educational sessions can improve how maternity nurses care for women during and after abortion. It will involve 60 experienced maternity nurses who will attend training sessions and be observed before and after to measure changes in their clinical skills. The goal is to understand if this type of training leads to better nursing practices and patient care quality.
