Summary
This study tested whether training nurses to understand ventilator screens and alarms could help children on breathing machines. It involved 64 children in two intensive care units, where one unit's nurses received special training. The goal was to see if this training reduced breathing problems and unnecessary alarms, which could help children recover faster.
