Summary
This study is training visiting nurses to provide a special type of talk therapy focused on finding meaning to homebound cancer patients. The goal is to see if this brief therapy, delivered by nurses during regular home visits, can help patients cope with the emotional and psychological challenges of their illness. The research involves both the nurses being trained and the patients receiving the care.
