New suicide prevention program aims to save Women's lives in tajikistan

Summary

This study tests a new program where nurses and trained peers help women in Tajikistan who are thinking about suicide. The program is adapted from an existing model and will be tested with 96 women over 9 months. The goal is to reduce suicidal thoughts and actions and see if the program is practical and acceptable for wider use.
