Simple bedside exercises help stroke survivors regain core strength

Summary
This study tests a nurse-led program to help stroke survivors improve trunk control, posture, and breathing. About 130 stable stroke patients in rehabilitation wards will take part. The program focuses on bedside exercises guided by nurses to build core strength and independence.
