Summary
This study tests whether treating drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) with nurse-led care at local clinics works as well as standard doctor-led care at hospitals. About 2,944 people will take part in South Africa. The goal is to make treatment easier to access and lower the financial burden on patients.
