First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a nurse-led program of education sessions, phone reminders, and a booklet can help people on hemodialysis better follow their diet, fluid limits, and activity recommendations. About 112 adults who have been on dialysis for at least 3 months will take part. The goal is to see if this support improves their self-care and quality of life compared to usual care alone.
