Summary

This study tests a 6-week nurse-led support program for family caregivers of people receiving home palliative care. The program includes education, phone coaching, and guides to help caregivers manage symptoms and decide when to seek medical help. Researchers will measure whether caregivers feel more competent and whether emergency room visits and hospital stays decrease.
