Summary
This study tests a 6-month nurse-led rehabilitation program for stroke patients in Bangladesh after they leave the hospital. The program includes a team of nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to help with self-care and using assistive devices. Researchers will measure improvements in daily activities and community participation in 166 participants, comparing them to those who receive usual care.
