Summary
This study tests a 6-month nurse-led rehabilitation program for stroke patients in Bangladesh. The program includes education booklets and assistive devices to help with daily activities. 166 participants will be randomly assigned to either the rehab program or usual care. The goal is to see if the program improves independence, motor function, and emotional well-being.
